The order, step by step

From title list to library shelf

Five steps, in this order. Nothing is charged until you have seen a proforma invoice and approved it.

You send the titles

A list, last year’s invoice, or just the subjects you cover. We match every title to its publisher, current ISSN and media.

We quote

A written quotation showing each title, publisher, media, frequency, the annual rate and the total. Rates hold for the quotation period printed on it.

You place the order

Send the purchase order or a signed copy of the quotation. We raise a proforma invoice against it for your accounts department.

Payment and ordering

On payment we order with every publisher, collect their confirmations and subscriber IDs, and send you a receipt against the invoice.

Issues, tracking and claims

Each issue is recorded as it arrives and delivered with a challan. A missing issue is claimed with the publisher — tell us within 60 days of its due date.
